Safety and ease of operation: Robust chamber and lid. Shiny polished SUS-304 stainless steel chamber and pressed lid with reasonable reinforcements and tested for high water pressure (3.6kg/cm2, twice as high as for safety valve).

Every tray rests at the side stopper and can take heavy loads. The trays can be taken out of the chamber when the autoclave is required to be used without trays. In case of abnormal conditions or faults, the safety devices cut power supply and release the pressure out. Water lack, over pressure, abnormal lid lock system, sensor trouble, etc., are indicated on the panel by error signal with audible alarm.

Heat protection cover of the lid: Even 2 or 3 pieces of 5-liter conical flask can be put directly on the lower drawer tray. 5 operation patterns: Fully automatic operation just by pushing the start key. The set parameters are saved for recall even if the power is cut off.

Warming system after sterilization: The warming function of the autoclave keeps the sterilized culture medium at an appropriate temperature (40 to 75°C) for its ready use. Soft and safe lid system with safety cover: The lid can be opened and closed firmly with four handles and a self-closing silicone rubber gasket. Operation does not start if all handles are not locked properly.

Electronic and magnetic air exhaust device: Temperature and time free steaming system. Even petri dishes or small items in bags or buckets are exposed to the saturated steam. Control of integrating sterilization temperature: The timer-operation stops while temperature in the chamber comes down more then 1°C below the set temperature and starts again after return. Delay start timer: By this function, operation can be started at 1~99 hours late after you push the start key. For example, if you set the system on Friday evening, operation will start before you arrived at your office on Monday morning and you can readily take out the objects any time you desire.
