Househam Henderson - Mixed-Use Development - Ghana, Accra

Househam Henderson has outlined designs for a £20m mixed-use scheme close to the International Conference Centre in the outskirts of Accra, Ghana.

The development is an effort to tap into the increasing tourist market in Ghana and comprises a hotel, office building, and retail space wrapped around a central courtyard.
