FPDSavills - Retail Development - Portugal, Guia, Albufeira Retail Park

CGS, advised by FPDSavills Paris, has agreed to forward fund Bouygues Imobiliaria’s 11,460 sq m Albufeira Retail Park in Guia, Portugal for around €15m.

The park will comprise retail units of varying size to suit retailer requirements and 410 car parking spaces.

Patrick Jenvrin, director at FPDSavills comments: “Albufeira Retail Park is a sound investment for CGS and we are already at an advanced stage of negotiations with a number of prime international retailers looking to occupy space on the scheme.”

Within easy reach of the EN 125 motorway and situated in a well-established retail location, close to the existing regional shopping centre, Algarve Shopping, the Albufeira Retail Park is due for completion in July 2003.
