Helios Properties - Industrial Development - Garforth, Helios 47

Helios Properties and joint venture partner Commercial Development Projects have started work on their 18,600 sq m (200,000 sq ft) distribution warehouse development, Helios 47, in Garforth, West Yorkshire.

The development, which will have an end value of £12 million, comprises five units in sizes ranging from 930 sq m (10,000 sq ft) to 7,450 sq m (80,000 sq ft). The buildings will be finished to a high specification and offered on a freehold or leasehold basis.

Trevor Cartner, a director of Helios comments: "Given its location on junction 47 of the M1 motorway and our willingness to offer either freehold or leasehold buildings, we are confident that Helios 47 will prove attractive to local and regional companies looking to acquire new or improved premises."

Carter & Co and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung are joint letting agents.
