Tops Estates - Retail Development - Stafford, Guildhall Shopping Centre

Tops Estates PLC, the specialist investor in town centre shopping and leisure centres, is pleased to announce excellent development/refurbishment progress at The Guildhall Shopping Centre, Stafford.

At the main fashion centre in the town, a construction contract has been awarded to Simons Construction for a new first floor to be constructed, to house a 15,000 sq. ft. unit, pre-let for a JJB Sports Superstore. This will be followed by further major extensions, creating new space at the Centre.
