Sladen Estates - Industrial Development - Nottingham, Fulwood 28

Nottinghamshire-based developer Sladen Estates’ Fulwood 28 scheme has now started on site. The development, which is a joint venture with Peveril Securities Limited, is located less than 1 mile from junction 28 of the M1 in an established industrial and distribution area.

The scheme is being speculatively built and will provide high bay warehouses and 42,000 and 81,000 square feet in two units. Once complete the units will have a value in excess of £7m.

At the end of 2002 Nick Sladen, managing director of Sladen Estates, was predicting a confident start to the New Year – anticipating that there would be continued interest in the scheme. Fulwood 28 has already caught the attention of potential occupiers: “Within days of starting on site we have already received a number of enquiries for both sites. We wouldn’t be surprised if both units went under offer prior to completion.”
