Property Alliance Group - Leisure Development - Fylde Peninsula, Cleveleys

Property Alliance Group has been chosen by Wyre Borough Council to develop a prominent 11 acre site on the promenade at Cleveleys, on the Fylde Peninsula,
Lancs. Selected from a shortlist of four companies, Alliance's plans to redevelop the former Pitch & Putt and carpark will see Cleveleys benefit from an £8 million leisure complex. Scheduled to be developed in two phases, the planning application is expected to be submitted at the beginning of May, with work scheduled to start on-site towards the end of the year.

Phase I will include a 60 bed family hotel, a multiplex cinema, 10 pin bowling, a restaurant, two drive-thru's and 470 car park spaces.

Alliance's Nick Pentith believes;
'Our excellent track record of leisure development in not only neighbouring Blackpool, but also in Preston where we developed the Capitol Centre, were taken into account by Wyre Borough Council during their
selection process. We have already elicited a great deal of interest for Phase I and look forward to starting on-site later this year'.
