FPDSavills - Industrial Development - Manchester, Trafford Park Road

New Age Properties has started work on the development of its £5 million speculative manufacturing and distribution scheme on Trafford Park Road, Churchill Way, Trafford Park, Manchester.

The scheme, known as Churchill Point, will comprise two brand new self-contained industrial units of 4,037 sq m (43,455 sq ft) and 2,102 sq m (22,626 sq ft) which will be available for occupation in summer 2003.

FPDSavills are acting jointly with Knight Frank to market the units.
