Property Alliance Group has just announced their £10 million redevelopment proposal for the town centre site at Penny Street, Blackburn. A detailed planning approval has been submitted for an exciting leisure scheme, anchored by Apollo Cinemas Limited new 6 screen luxury premier brand.The 31,000 sq ft development will also include retail and restaurant units, and Alliance are already in discussion with some of the UK's top operators.

Penny Street follows hard on the heels of Alliance's selection by Wyre Borough Council to develop the 11 acre promenade site at Cleveleys into a major leisure
complex.
