Alliance - Industrial Development - Leek, Frith Street

Property Alliance Group has announced plans to demolish and redevelop a former textile manufacturing unit at Frith Street, Leek. Located on the edge of the town centre, the1.5 acre site is the subject of a planning application for 23 houses.

Alliance's, Ian Hunter comments,'As a result of the planning application we have received several approaches from residential developers amd may well now take the decision to sell the site rather than develop the scheme ourselves'.
