Alliance - Offices Development - Cheadle, Birdhall Lane

Property Alliance Group and their development partner, Royal London, are working up proposals for the spec development of two 20-30,000 sq ft units on part of the remaining 11 acres at Orion Business Park, Birdhall Lane, Cheadle.

The 16 acre site already houses Airtours Flight Crew Trainig Centre in a 30,000 sq ft unit, along with Genrad in a 70,000 sq ft purpose built office/research facility and Panalpina, Freight Forwarding in a 27,000 sq ft warehouse.

Commenting on the park, Nick Pentith of Alliance said, We have had the benefit of an outline consent for over 200,000 sq ft of units for some time and believe the time is right to press ahead with speculative development. We hope to submit for detailed planning later this month.
