Mitsubishi Estate Co. - Offices Development - London EC1, Paternoster Square

Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., the developer of the Paternoster Square site in the heart of the City of London, is pleased to announce Practical Completion of all three principal commercial buildings at the site and the buildings will be handed over to the office tenants for fit-out. Of the three tenants, it is expected that CB Hillier Parker will be the first in occupation, sometime before Christmas 2003 and the London Stock Exchange will be in occupation in Spring 2004. Goldman Sachs will be the third tenant.
The public spaces, which include the square itself and the access roads, will be completed by the late Summer and, subject to agreement with the Corporation of London, are expected to be open to the public in early Autumn. The Lord Mayor of London will formally inaugurate the new Paternoster Square and unveil the Paternoster Column at a ceremony to be held on the evening of 19th November 2003.
