Sladen Estates' latest scheme, The Village, is a unique out-of-town high-end office development that provides town centre benefits not seen before in such a scheme. The development, although well connected by road, will also be well served by bus and rail.

In addition to providing 24-hour security and CCTV, Sladen Estates specified features (air conditioning and raised floors) that will be included in the base rents.
