Terrace Hill Group - Offices Development - Watford, Clarendon Road

Terrace Hill Group plc has started work on its 2,325 sq m (25,026 sq ft) speculative office development at 34 Clarendon Road in Watford.

The four-storey scheme, which is scheduled for completion in Spring 2004, will provide high quality air conditioned offices in floors ranging from 309 sq m (3,326 sq ft) to 672 sq m (7,233 sq ft). There will be surface level parking for 53 cars.

Terrace Hill’s managing director, Ken Grundy comments: “As we have funded this project internally, we will be able to market the space on competitive flexible leasehold terms or offer the freehold for sale.” Jones Lang LaSalle and Perry Holt & Co are joint letting agents.
