Jansons & Partners have successfully completed the sale of a 2,000 sq m (22,500 sq ft) freehold, mid-terrace industrial unit in Allied Way, Acton, London W3 0RQ, for £1.5 million (£68 psf) on behalf of the owner to JIG UK Ltd.

The unit, dating from around the early 60's, consists of an office area of 90 sq m (1,000 sq ft) together with 1,900 sq m (21,500 sq ft) warehouse/industrial space, and is fronted by hard standing providing parking for up to 10 cars.

Purchasers, JIG UK Ltd, are furniture distributors, currently based in Grantham, Lincolnshire, and first contacted Jansons, long established in Uxbridge, for their local knowledge.
