Briggs & Forrester - Offices Development - London EC1, Paternoster Square

Working with Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd., Briggs & Forrester have recently completed a contract valued at £3.2million to complete the mechanical, electrical and public health services installation to prestigious new central London office buildings, constructed at 4 & 5 Paternoster Square, in the shadow of St. Paul’s Cathedral.

The buildings amount to over 7500 square metres over 6 (6000sqm) and 4 (1500sqm) floors respectively, the bulk of which are for office use, roof areas are tenant plant and ground floors are retail use.

The whole development has created over 100,000 square metres of commercial and retail space, including a new address for the London Stock Exchange, in this significant area of the City of London.
