Overbury - Offices Development - New Contracts Worth £28 Million

Office fit out and refurbishment specialist Overbury has won a record £28 million worth of new contracts in the last month.

Key projects include an £11.5 million contract to refurbish the offices of DEFRA at Smith Square, SW1; a £2.1 million scheme for repeat client IBM to upgrade and expand the company’s office space at Bedfont Lakes in Feltham, Middlesex; a £3.9 million project to fit out offices for clients of Credit Suisse Property Investment Management in central London and a £2.3 million fit out and refurbishment project for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Frimley, Surrey.
