Sladen Estates - Industrial Development - Nottingham, Fulwood 28

The construction of Nottinghamshire-based Sladen Estates’ Fulwood 28 scheme is proceeding well and is on target for completion in September.

The high bay warehouse scheme, which is being speculatively built, is attracting interest from potential occupiers. When complete 2 units will provide a total of 123,000 square feet, with a value in excess of £7m.

The development – a joint venture with Peveril Securities Limited – is located less than 1 mile from junction 28 of the M1 in an established industrial and distribution area.
