Having successfully completed a £3.2million contract at Buildings 4 & 5 Paternoster Square, Briggs & Forrester have been appointed by specialist interiors fit-out contractors, Spectrum Projects Limited to complete the installation of mechanical and electrical services, including state of the art lighting and IT, at No.1 Paternoster Square. These high quality, fast track fit-out installation works will be completed in ten weeks.

The redevelopment of Paternoster is one of the most important and exciting projects to be undertaken in the City of London during the last 20 years. No1. Paternoster Square occupies a key position within the square at the gateway to the development.

The whole development has created over 100,000 square metres of commercial and retail space, including a new address for the London Stock Exchange.
