Property Alliance Group has announced its plans to speculatively develop 5 units at Roeacre on Rochdale Road East, Heywood. The 31,000 sq ft scheme will provide modern facilities for retail 1 trade counter use.

Located on the site of the former Roeacre Mill, the 2 acre brownfield site has been cleared by Alliance to make way for the new development.
Lee Charnley, Director of Alliance comments, 'We anticipate good demand for Roeacre sited close to the town centre and offering high profile modern trade counter accommodation which is currently lacking in Heywood. We expect to start onsite in August and the scheme will be ready for occupation by early 2004.'
