Contributing to the ongoing renaissance of the Castlefield end of Deansgate, Alliance is seeking planning consent on their 340 Deansgate site. The Group is hoping to obtain consent for a part four and part five storey off ice development with a gross floor area of 34,500 sq ft With on site parking fo i r 35 cars.

Located in the Castiefield conservation area, Alliance has held close consultations with the City's conservation officer in their bid to formulate an exciting yet sympathetic scheme for the redevelopment of their site. Located directly opposite the proposed 47 storey Beetham Tower, Alliance hope their planning application will be determined in October or November.

This would see them on site by the end of the year and, according to Nick Pentith, Alliance's Director on the scheme, 'there has been genuine strong interest in the scheme already with potential occupiers attracted by both the accessibility of the scheme and it's proximity to Castlefield and the facilities offered there. We are limited to 5 storeys as our scheme is located within the conservation area and we look forward to contributing to the ongoing revival of this end of Deansgate',
