Nelson Bakewell - General Development - London Borough of Hackney

Nelson Bakewell, on behalf of the London Borough of Hackney, has sold a site in Egerton Road to the Yesodah Hatorah School for £5million.

The site extends to approximately 1.08 hectares (2.66 acres) and is situated on the south Side of Egerton Road approximately 200 metres north east of Stamford Hill. The Yesodah Hatorah School have planning permission to build a 350 place school for Girls. It is envisaged that the School will open in January 2005.
