A new high-class menswear fashion retailer has opened in the Wesley Buildings, Caldicot.

The unit which, forms part of a larger shopping centre, including retailers such as Bewise, Lloyds TSB, Gregg’s and Ferrari’s. opened for trading last week. It provides a ground floor sales area totalling 906 sq ft (84.17 sq m) with first floor storage area totalling 720 sq ft (66.89 sq m).

The tenant, an independent retailer, has taken the unit on a new ten-year lease on a stepped rental commencing at £18,000 per annum.
