O & H Properties, advised by Strutt & Parker and Godfrey Vaughan, has let almost half of 1 Cavendish Place, a new 2,136 sq m (23,000 sq ft) grade A office development off Regent Street. Three separate deals*, totalling 936 sq m (10,070 sq ft), were concluded on 10 year leases at levels around the quoting rent of £404 per sq m (£37.50 per sq ft).
