Europa Support Services - Mixed-Use Development - Newcastle, £3 Million Contract

Europa Support Services has secured a 5-year contract with East Quayside Management Company Ltd to provide a wide range of property support and professional services to Newcastle's flagship development.

The contract worth over £3 million, includes the provision of an on site management team and a total of 75 support staff who are committed to delivering high standards of customer care and quality services to a range of properties and corporate tenants.

The development comprises of an exciting mix of leisure, office and residential accommodation all within a high quality environment, which includes over £1million of public art.

Commenting on the contract award Jamie Martin, Director of East Quayside Management Company said, " We are delighted to be working with Europa, their experience on this site has been and remains invaluable.
