Arena Park - Offices Development - Leeds, Arena Park

Date: 26 Apr 2004

A former indoor horse arena in North Leeds has been transformed into high class office accommodation to provide much needed space for small to medium sized enterprises in a unique rural setting.

From showground and arena to the latest in stylish modern office interiors, Don Little Properties, has speculatively developed this 15,000 sq ft scheme providing up to eight individual suites of prime office space ranging from 1,760 to approximately 6,000 sq ft.

Completed earlier this month, Arena Park is in the much sought after location of Scarcroft, just eight miles north of the City Centre and offering easy access to the A58 and A1/M1 link road.

Rebeccah Little of Don Little Properties said: "With traveling in and out of the city centre becoming more and more problematic, we felt that to create impressive office suites in this prime location out of the city would be a solution to the modern business."

Robin Beagley from letting agents, Lambert Smith Hampton, says: "This is a unique conversion, turning a former horse arena into high class office suites, complete with a marble entrance providing an exceptional working environment".

"Office space is in high demand in the North and East Leeds suburbs, offering a rural setting yet within an easy commute of the city. With a state-of-the-art security system, including CCTV, air management and cooling systems, in addition to the flexible open plan space I have no doubt that this will be one of the most successful developments of its type."
