Rosemund Developments and British Land have obtained detailed planning consent at DIRFT for a super shed of 67,352.5 sq m (725,000 sq ft) on the 20.3 ha (50 acre) central site. The owners, Rosemound Developments and British Land, are offering the warehouse on either freehold or leasehold terms, through FPDSavills and M3, following their recent purchase of the land from Severn Trent Properties.

The super shed will provide 20 metre clear eaves, full cross docking capabilities, 35-55 m service yards, 600 car parking spaces, 60 lorry parking spaces and quality offices.
