The Cadogan Estate - Mixed-Use Development - London SW3 , Sloane Square, Duke of York Square

Date: 02 Jun 2004

The Cadogan Estate has, this week, launched a range of office space around Sloane Square, London, aimed at diverse space users seeking an address in one of the most stylish locations in London.

Through agents C B Richard Ellis it is marketing office accommodation in six locations between Knighstbridge and Sloane Square, including its successful retail, office and residential mixed-use scheme, Duke of York Square.

The buildings provide a mix of new development and refurbished accommodation in sizes between 50o sq ft and 23,750 sq ft that are available on flexible terms and at competitive rents to meet the needs of local businesses as well as larger corporations.

Stuart Corbyn, chief executive of Cadogan, says: "These buildings offer occupiers business space in one of the most attractive locations in London with squares to relax in at lunchtime; some of the best shopping in the world around Sloane Street and Sloane Square and first class cultural facilities including The Royal Court Theatre and the soon to be opened Cadogan Hall, music and arts venue.

"All are connected to excellent bus and underground services with Victoria mainline station only 3 minutes from Sloane Square underground station," he adds.

Gordon Marsden, associate director of C B Richard Ellis, says:" As well as appealing to local companies, this new space will prove attractive to companies in the more traditional West End locations seeking an attractive working environment at more realistic rents."

Each building has its own distinct architectural style and blend of contemporary and traditional office space:
