ATIS REAL Weatheralls - Leisure Development - London SW5, Quality Hotel Kensington

International Currency Exchange, advised by ATIS REAL Weatheralls, has exchanged contracts on the sale of the Quality Hotel Kensington at 25 Courtfield Gardens, London SW5 to investor/developer Western Heritable, off a guide price of £7 million.

The 72-bedroom, 3-star hotel is close to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations, as well as being conveniently placed for visitors to Earl's Court's exhibition halls and South Kensington's museums.

Nick Barber, director of hotels agency at ATIS REAL Weatheralls, says: "This property attracted very competitive bids from both hoteliers and developers because of its excellent location and the number of opportunities it presents for value growth. The options for extending the hotel or converting the building to either an aparthotel or residential flats are all there."
