Briggs & Forrester Group - Offices Development - Nuneaton, Eliot Business Park

Leading building services engineers Briggs & Forrester Group are working with Bluestone Plc on a £700,000 contract to supply and install the mechanical services for a new commercial building at Eliot Business Park in Nuneaton.

Services include roof top plant, domestic services and ventilation combined with a 'Termodec' system for heating and cooling the building that is constructed over three floors and comprises forty-four starter units of various sizes.
