Date: 15 Jul 2004
The UK's leading office design and fit-out company, Morgan Lovell, celebrated the launch of its newly relocated regional office to Birmingham with an event at No 1 Colmore Square, where the company is currently fitting out 53,000 sq ft for solicitors Martineau Johnson.
The region's key property professionals joined the team to mark the launch of Morgan Lovell Birmingham, which specialises in the design and transformation of commercial office space by providing a complete one-stop shop solution. The Morgan Lovell office itself is located at Birmingham Business Park and the job it is carrying out at No 1 Colmore Square is one of the premier office projects currently being carried out in Birmingham.
Paul Downing, managing director of Morgan Lovell Birmingham, commented: "The thriving Midlands economy, Birmingham's multi-million pound regeneration activity and a healthy economic forecast prompted us to invest in the area. With a growing desire by occupiers to more effectively control the design and functionality of the modern workplace, Morgan Lovell is strategically focused on providing only the highest quality advice and service delivery, through a dedicated and seamless design and build fit out solution for occupiers."
Morgan Lovell - which also has offices in London and Wokingham - works with clients to develop a workplace strategy to meet business objectives and deliver high quality environments that enhance business performance. The team also advises organisations on selecting the right building in addition to the design and fit-out or on a suitable refurbishment programme.
William Barker, Managing Partner of Martineau Johnson, said: "Our move to No 1 Colmore Square is a most important event for us and key to our success going forward. We are moving from cellular offices in two buildings, to open plan for everyone. Morgan Lovell has played a leading role in planning and creating a top class working environment."
