Briggs & Forrester - Mixed-Use Development - Buckinghamshire, Denham Garden Village

Building services contractors Briggs & Forrester have been awarded a £2.5 million contract for phase one of the redevelopment of Denham Garden Village in Buckinghamshire.

Working with Willmott Dixon Construction the contract, to be completed in May 2006, will include the installation of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, public health services, BMS, power, lighting, lightening protection, fire alarms and security and will provide a leisure centre and 118 new homes, that include flats, bungalows and cottages designed to suit active people aged 55 and over.
