Briggs & Forrester - Mixed-Use Development - London NW3, Swiss Cottage

Award winning building services contractors Briggs & Forrester have begun working with main contractors Barratt West London on a new leisure and sports facility that forms part of prestigious new community residential and sports development in London's Swiss Cottage.

The project which forms part of 'Mixed-Use Scheme Model of Excellence for Sports provision in London' includes swimming and training pools, gymnasium, sports hall, health and fitness centre, squash courts and a multi-activity studio is valued at £3.5 million and is to be completed in June 2005.

Services installed will include ventilation, air conditioning, heating, public health services, BMS, power, lighting, lightning protection, fire alarms and security.
