Terrace Hill - Offices Development - Bristol, Temple Circus
Date: 29 Sep 2004
Terrace Hill has made a speculative start on its £27 million 90,000 sq ft (8,361 sq m) Temple Circus office development in Bristol city centre. The project is being undertaken in a joint venture with Northridge Capital.
The scheme will provide seven storeys of air conditioned offices with 56 parking spaces. The existing building on the site is being demolished, with completion of the new development expected by August 2006. Terrace Hill has appointed Mowlem as the building contractor for the scheme.
The site is located opposite Temple Quay which is home to Bristol & West, DETR, BT, Regus, Osborne Clarke, Canada Life, Offsted and 3i.
Adam Pratt, a director of Terrace Hill comments: "Temple Circus is the best imminently developable office site in central Bristol. The building will provide flexible grade 'A' offices in the heart of Bristol's main commercial quarter. This is Terrace Hill's third development in Bristol which follows South Bristol Trade Park and Colston 33."
ATIS REAL Weatheralls and Alder King are joint letting agents.
