Remainders Limited, the Boldmere-based bookseller trading as The Works, has leased six more shops bringing its total number of UK stores to 119.

The retailer has taken:

5: - A five year lease at Unit 15, Clacton Common Factory Outlet Village, Clacton Common from Clacton Common Development Limited. The 186 sq m (2000 sq ft) premises is subject to a rent of £30,000 per annum.

Birmingham consultant surveyors Lambert Smith Hampton acted for the book vendor in all six deals.
