Arlington Securities, the leading property services and property investment management company, has announced the underletting of the ground floor of Building 1500 at Arlington Manchester Business Park to Omnetica, the enterprise network specialists. Omnetica has taken a total of 12,176 sq ft from Hutchinson 3G on a ten-year lease.

This letting represents the second new tenant in the Park this year following the announcement of iSOFT's relocation of its worldwide headquarters at the beginning of January 2005. The business park is almost fully let with the top floor of Building 1500 still available and reserved planning consent obtained for two high quality buildings covering 72,240 sq ft net.

Currently located south of Manchester, Omnetica considered a range of different options before they made the final decision to move to Arlington Manchester Business Park. The key factors for their choice included improving the quality of their working environment, having access to better transport links and being able to benefit from additional accommodation services.

Arlington's Manchester Business Park is one of the most accessible business locations in the North West, located opposite Manchester Airport and close to major national road and rail links. Omnetica will receive ongoing services from Arlington including maintenance of the office space, office cleaning as well as further facilities management services that Arlington offers on all its business parks.
