Savills - Industrial Development - Daventry, DIRFT Logistics Park

Mothercare has appointed Savills' industrial building consultancy team for the development of its new national distribution centre at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT).
The recently acquired premises of 300,000 sq ft (28,000 sq m) with a 16m clear height is being developed on a fast programme that will go live in June 2005.
Savills' industrial building consultancy is acting as project representative throughout the development process, covering due diligence, design and build project monitoring and fit out. The team's work is fully integrated into Mothercare's logistics programme, aligning building and business needs.
