IDM - Offices Development - London W1, Harley Street

Specialist fit-out contractor, IDM, has been appointed by a private development company to undertake an approximately £1.5 million refurbishment of the 12,000 sq ft, Grade II listed building at 92 Harley Street, London W1.

The project comprises the creation of rooms for medical consultancy and treatment on the ground and lower ground floors and the refurbishment of high-quality flats on the first, second and third floors. Throughout the project, the period features will be enhanced and retained.

The works will be completed in September 2005.
