Savills - Retail Letting - Andover, Enham Arch Retail Park

LaSalle Investment Management, on behalf of an undisclosed pension fund, has secured a letting to Next at Enham Arch Retail Park, Andover.

Next has taken a 13,029 sq ft (1,210 sq m) unit setting a new benchmark rental level for the scheme. In order to accommodate Next, Pets at Home has relocated on the scheme into a 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) unit, formerly let to Downs Carpets.

Johnny Rowland, director of Savills acting on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management, says: "The Next deal provides the springboard for further asset management on the park and makes significant use of the Open A1 element of the scheme."

Enham Arch Retail Park is located south of Andover town centre and totals 81,000 sq ft (7,525 sq m) of retail floor space.

Savills advised LaSalle Investment Management. Next and Pets at Home were unrepresented.
