Miller Developments - Offices Development - Knutsford, Mobberley Road

Miller Developments has entered into a development agreement with Macclesfield Borough Council for the development of a new business park on the outskirts of Knutsford.

The 5.6 ha (14-acre) council-owned site is located on Mobberley Road to the south of the town centre and has been identified by the local authority as suitable as an office, industrial and warehousing location.

Nick Harris, a director of Miller Developments believes that there is considerable latent occupational demand for a high quality business park.

"With a developable area of almost 14 acres, we envisage a 200,000 sq ft scheme of B1, B2 or B8 uses designed to capture those businesses currently looking at other M6 locations."
