Neptune Land - Appointment - Tony Murphy

Neptune Land, the property development and investment company formed by Paul Stoodley and Simon Broackes, has appointed Tony Murphy BSc DipProjMan MRICS as construction director.

Tony has joined from The io Group (ioG) where he was a divisional director with overall control of all construction related matters. During his time with ioG, Tony was involved in setting up two speculative development funds with investors such as Hermes, LaSalle Investment Management, Norwich Union, Scottish Widows and Clerical Medical.

Prior to his time at ioG, Tony was with Weatherall Green & Smith (now Atis Real).

Paul Stoodley of Neptune Land comments: "Tony has considerable expertise in the development and construction sector, and has overseen the investment of some big funds throughout his career. He will be an invaluable recourse to the team."
