Westfield - Retail Development - Northern Ireland, Sprucefield Park

Westfield and joint venture partner Snoddons Construction are pleased to confirm that they have received planning consent for a further phase of retail development at Sprucefield Park, Lisburn, Northern Ireland. A total of 460,000 sq ft, including a 220,000 sq ft John Lewis department store, is proposed.

Westfield is in detailed discussions with leading retailers, keen to join John Lewis at Sprucefield Park, and is currently reviewing the development programme for the next phase of development on the 50 acre site.
