Hodgson Elkington - Offices Development - Newark, Stephenson Court
Date: 20 Jun 2005
The first phase of development at Newark's new office park is now nearing completion and marks the start of a £4 million investment in the town by developers Taylor Lindsey.
The project is creating single-storey, open plan offices of the latest design. "This development will enable Newark to compete on equal terms with other towns with modern office parks. The units will all be fitted out to a high standard and will include dedicated on-site car parking," said Taylor Lindsey's Alastair Twell
"Energy-efficient heating/cooling systems, high levels of thermal insulation and a single floor open plan layout will make for a pleasant working environment which is inexpensive to run," he added.
"This Stephenson Court development is at the gateway to the last phase of Brunel Park. It is a big step forward in helping to provide local businesses with modern and efficient accommodation. The first units will be available in September of this year, said Mr Shaw.
