Monk Dunstone Associates - Appointment - Leicester, Bhiklesh Patel

International property and construction consultancy, Monk Dunstone Associates (MDA) has appointed Bhiklesh Patel as Cost Manager based at its Leicester office at 1 Museum Square, LE1 6UF.

Bhiklesh joins MDA from Gardiner and Theobald. His experience spans the private and public sectors and he has worked with blue-chip clients such as Marks and Spencer plc, Guinness, Standard Life Investments and Cinven Financial Services.

Rod Adam, director of MDA's Leicester office, said: "We welcome Bhiklesh to our growing team. He will be invaluable in supporting the office in its work for major clients including the University of Leicester, AstraZeneca and De Montfort University."
