Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd - Offices Development - St Albans, Cedar Court

Commercial property developer Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd has appointed T&E Neville Ltd as sole contractor to undertake Phase Two construction at its Cedar Court office development in St Albans.

Luton-based construction firm T&E Neville Ltd started work on the next phase of construction at the site in May, with work due to complete at the end of the year. Phase Two, Cedar Court comprises a large terrace of twelve two-storey, high specification office units of 1,464 sq ft and 1,787 sq ft net lettable area. Erection of the structural steel frame has commenced.

Four companies have already reserved off-plan at Cedar Court and are due to occupy their new offices at Christmas.
