Haslams - Industrial Development - Reading, Deacon Way

Following the acquisition of a 1.59 acre site on Deacon Way, off Oxford Road, Reading, Teesland IDG will shortly be commencing construction of a 10 unit trade counter scheme.

Construction commenced in late August with practical completion in March 2006. The scheme will comprise 10 high quality trade counter units ranging in size from approximately 2,600 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft.

The development has frontage to the Oxford Road and has been designed to cater for local and national trade counter operators, as well as light industrial/warehouse occupiers.

Neil Seager of Haslams commented "This is the only 'true' trade counter and indeed small unit scheme currently in Reading. This coupled with strong freehold demand bodes well for the scheme's success. Indeed, we already have strong interest off plan!"

Haslams has been appointed sole sale / letting agents.
