Marubeni-Komatsu Ltd - General - Komatsu Utility Range

Bobcat Plant Hire, previously sole dealer of Bobcat machines, has become a dealer for the Komatsu utility range, recently purchasing 18 Komatsu machines.

Bobcat Plant Hire is a family-run business with 10 employees. Established over a decade ago, it has two depots, with the main depot based in Avonmouth, near Bristol and the other in Newport, South Wales. They have fully qualified engineers and a friendly staff, offering high standard of services - buy and sell, hire and contract rental, warranty service and repair, primarily in the South West region and South Wales.

Geoff Hamlen, Managing Director for Bobcat Plant Hire, says: "The decision to become a Komatsu dealer was part of a natural progression. Komatsu machines are a superior build and engineered with a good product supply that ensures fast delivery."

A total of 60-70 machines have been purchased from Marubeni-Komatsu since 2004. Recent purchases include: 3 x PC09-1 mini excavators, one of which has a hammer attachment; 2 x PC20MR-2 new 2t zero tail swing excavator; 2 x SK510-5 Skid Steers; 2 x SK714-5; 4 x SK815-5 SF; 1 x SK818-5; 1 x SK1020-5 skid steers and three other Komatsu machines have been supplied to customers.
