Briggs & Forrester - Offices Development - Cambridge, Hills Road

Award winning building services contractors Briggs & Forrester have successfully completed a contract at Cintra House, Hills Road, Cambridge that will provide a regional centre for The Open University in East Anglia.

Working with main contractors SDC Builders, the project, completed over five months and valued at £0.8million, involved the refurbishment of an existing building to create impressive new office accommodation over five floors. Services included the installation of mechanical and public health services that incorporate a roof space plant room, air-conditioning, heating and cooling, ventilation, lighting and power, fire alarm system, access control and CCTV.
