Briggs & Forrester - Industrial Development - Worksop, Completion of B&Q

Leading building services specialists Briggs & Forrester have recently completed contract, valued at £2.2m for installation of mechanical and public health services at the prestigious new 800,000sq m warehouse for B & Q in Worksop.

The project involved construction of a new distribution depot together with associated support buildings that include main offices, gymnasium, canteen and kitchen facilities with Briggs & Forrester taking full responsibility for co-ordination of the installation of all building services.

Services installed include warehouse high velocity ventilation, ventilation and air conditioning to offices using DX type heat pump units, domestic services, full building management system, extensive underground gas and water services.
