Fit-out specialists, BW Interiors Limited, are continuing to enjoy successful tendering, winning work with both new and existing clients.
Repeat Business - Brit Insurance
Following the recent successful completion of Phase I works to the First Floor at Bishopsgate, BW Interiors are now continuing with the Phase II works for leading insurance company, Brit Insurance. Phase I saw the Cat. B refurbishment of the First Floor, with Phase II following on with the fit-out of the Second Floor; both phases being completed with the Client in occupation throughout with the project totalling over £2.8M.
Two Projects, One Client - Exemplar Properties
Works are in progress on two refurbishment projects for London based property developers, Exemplar Properties. The Cat. A works for BW Interiors' new Client are taking place from the Lower Ground to Fifth Floors at Austin Friars, London EC2 and with works to several floors at Reading Bridge House, Reading, predominantly Six, Eight and Nine. Both projects continue into the New Year with a combined value of over £5.0M.
New Clients:
Japan Satellite Television
Project works are also in progress on a £800K Design & Build project in Clifton Street, London EC2. This project sees BW Interiors working for Japan Satellite Television (JSTV) on the Third Floor of their London premises.
Cochlear Europe
BW Interiors also have another Design & Build project well underway for hearing aid specialists, Cochlear Europe. The £500K project in Weybridge, Surrey sees the creation of their new European offices.
Signet Trading
Works are in progress for retail jewellery specialists, Signet Trading. The £1.5M project at Imperial Place in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire sees involves the Cat. B fit-out of the Ground Floor and Levels One to Three.
